 Founder and former owner of NorthShore Kitchens
Plus, Inc., Marblehead, Thomas R. Kelly has been named a Certified
Master Kitchen and Bath Designer (CMKBD) by the National Kitchen
and Bath Association, governing body of the kitchen and bath
industry. The CMKBD designation is awarded to only those few
designers who exhibit the highest level of professionalism and
design expertise.
Mr. Kelly, principal of TRK Design Company,
a national design firm, continues to maintain an affiliation
with NorthShore Kitchens and designs many of its large New England
projects. Ken Dempsey, owner and president of NorthShore Kitchens

Tom Kelly has been influential in the custom
kitchen field as a frequent lecturer, consultant for such industry
giants as Sub-Zero and Wolf, and featured designer on HGTV and
in--among others--Better Homes and Gardens Kitchens and Baths,
Beautiful Kitchens, Home Appliance Magazine, and Dream Kitchens.
Prior industry recognitions include his being named among the
“Top 50 Remodelers” in the country by Remodeling Magazine and
receiving “The First Industry Leadership Award for Operating
an Outstanding Kitchen and Bath Design Firm” by Kitchen and
Bath Business Magazine.
